GBA4iOS, for those who don't know it yet, is a Game Boy Advance (GBA) emulator for iPhone and iPad (iOS devices).
You can play nostalgic titles such as Mario Kart, Super Mario Bros, Zelda, Metroid, Dragon Ball Z and so many more on your iOS devices.
The new version of GBA4iOS, version 2.1 beta, is now also supporting iOS 8 and multiplayer link between iOS device (haven't tried the multiplayer feature yet).
FYI. You will not find it on Apple App Store since emulator is banned from the App Store.
Here's the link and how to install it on your iOS device:
1. Open the link here.
2. You will be redirected to the GBA4iOS website, all you need to do is just click the icon.
3. And then scroll all the way down until you find install button.
4. It will prompt you to install GBA4iOS, click "install" or "continue".
5. Done. Have fun.
You can find ROMS directly from the main menu, by pressing the "magnifier" search button.
I tried it on both iPhone 4, iPhone 5 and iPad mini.
On iPhone 4, when I tried to play Mario Kart, it was a bit sluggish. Tried to turn off the sound thinking that it might help, but couldn't find a way to turn off the sound (not to emulate the sound).
On iPhone 5, it was running fine and smooth.
On iPad mini, it was also running fine and smooth, however the game looks really pixelated. If only there's a way to minimize the screen rendering into smaller area, that would be nice.
Current version 2.1 Beta requires iOS 7.0 or later. Compatible with the following iOS devices:
