As a employee looking for job:

• Jobr will show you jobs that it thinks you would be interested in, then lets you anonymously like or pass on them
• If the hiring manager is interested in you, Jobr will make an introduction and lets you chat within the app 

As a employers looking for candidates:

• Jobr lets you post jobs and anonymously like or pass on candidates it thinks are a good fit
• If a candidates you like happens to like one of your jobs, then Jobr makes an introduction and lets you chat within the app
