This app has not been published yet on the app store, so don't get dissapointed.
If you have heard one of the iOS 8 new features, which is able to use 3rd party keyboard, nah this app developer, utilize that feature into the next level, instead of introducing another swipe keyboard, they introduce keyboard that can send GIF images. What a brilliant idea!
So as explained, the main functionality of this app will be sending GIF images throughout any apps that support GIF images.
Right now, they have just announce it but not yet release it.
