What is the app about?
WiMan which stands for WiFi Manager is a new app that list all of available FREE WiFi networks around the world that you can use FREELY.
A must have app when you are going to travel overseas either for #holiday or work.
Great thing about WiMan and the difference between WiMan and other similar apps is that you can connect FREELY without even entering any password, because all that matters has been taken care by WiMan - hassle FREE for you who are looking to get connected to internet.
How is that possible?
The WiFi owner use WiMan to register his WiFi to WiMan and once registration is done, his WiFi is accessible to those using WiMan.
What's in it for you who share the WiFi?
Usually a public place such as cafe or restaurant or any other place that host people. As the WiFi owner, they can get statistics on how many connections connected, how many users use the connections, how many GB has been used, even they can get information down to gender and age.
Using this info, the owner perhaps can do something to increase their sales. For example if the cafe attendee turned out mostly women, perhaps as the cafe owner, you should have more cute foods, more cute decorations and such things.
Traveling to other countries and you don't have cellular connections with you?
Don't worry, WiMan also has offline feature, where you can find hotspots while you are offline.
Unfortunately, WiMan only works with newer device only. iPhone 4 or below will not be able to use this great app.
