Today FREE APP is Health Mate - Steps tracker & Life Coach by Withings.

Have you seen Samsung Galaxy S5 ads previously where it has feature to measure your heart rate using the sensor located close to its back camera?

Using this app, you can do the same - measuring your heart rate using iPhone back camera, although I don't really know how that works - whether using iPhone back camera, heart rate can be correctly measured or not since it'st just a camera with no health sensor.

However based on my test, measuring my heart rate using the iPhone back camera, the results were constant, when you try measuring your heart rate it will turn on the flash light and ask you to place your finger that cover both the camera lens and the camera flash light.

Current version 2.2.0 requires iOS 6.0 or later, compatible with the following iOS devices:

• iPhone 3GS and up (both iPhone 3GS will not have the heart rate monitor capability)
• iPod Touch 4th Gen and up
• iPad 2 and up
